A physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health. It is often practiced to strengthen muscles and the cardiovascular system, and to hone athletic skills. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent diseases of affluence such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity.It also improves mental health and helps prevent depression. Swimming is said the movement of in water and the surface of the water only by the body. Swimming is being played as sports and a recreation now. It is paid attention as an effective movement to the health maintenance because swimming is a movement that uses the muscle of the whole body, and the circulation of the blood of the whole body is promoted by the effect of the massage of hydraulic pressure.
